Belt Separator

The belt separator is composed of a permanent magnet system, a drive belt and a drive device. When materials or sludge mixed with ferromagnetic particles flow through the equipment, the magnetic field adsorbs the iron impurities on the surface of the magnetic poles. With the rotation of the belt, they are carried away from the main material flow. In the non-magnetic area, the impurities are automatically removed by the scraper or its own gravity, achieving continuous iron removal.
